Meeting Notes
The Machine Knitters of Pensacola, Florida met December 20, 2008 with Dianne Bayless, Susan Spencer, Barbara Meloy, Karen Hughes, Jean Neal, Pat Lawson, Paige Petty, and Von DeLoach in attendance.
The December meeting is when we bring our baby blankets to be given to Ronald McDonald House. Because several of us have a few more blankets nearly finished, Karen will wait until after the January meeting to present these to Ronald McDonald House.
Niki's Pizza was the site of this year's Christmas party, and provided for us well, allowing us to come in a little early so that we could take our pictures before other customers arrived.
Meeting topics for next year include many that we have not covered since I've been a member. Very exciting stuff coming this year!
The next meeting will be at Ann's house, January 24, 2009. I will have the 2009 schedule ready to go well before then, and will let you all know the topic for that meeting in advance. Somebody PLEASE offer to take January so I don't have to.
