Meeting Notes
The Machine Knitters of Pensacola, Florida met April 25, 2009 with Susan Spencer, Von DeLoach, Pat Lawson, Jean Neal, and Ann Odom in attendance.
Susan Spencer led the meeting, demonstrating uses of the garter bar. The garter bar is great for making garter stitch, of course. It's also wonderful as a speed ripper, for hanging hems, for storing sweater parts while waiting to rehang, and for vertical weaving.p>

The May meeting will be at Ann's house, May 23. Barbara will lead the group in preparing for our round-yoke knit in.
